Good info from this book, but get other books on this National problem too, as this problem is too big to ignore and it will be decades before the DE standards will be changed by our government or our Utilities. It seems that the Climate Change correctional measure that our government wants to implement, has generated more DE on the public. My house receives high levels of DE (326) from the grid from near by solar installations, cell towers, and neighbor's smart meters. Some countries have standards of 50 or less of DE. We are all at risk and need to informed our family, friends and politicians of this concern. There are no pills you can take to solve all the medical issues that DE will create!!! I found that dirty electricity (DE) was my root cause for two stints in the hospital ER for A-Fib, which caused a weeks stay each time in order to correct the blood clots that went to my lungs (a life threatening ordeal !!! and a total hospital expense of $70,000). To correct my root cause, I have installed Green Way DE filters throughout my house, remove my smart meter!!!!, and removed all sources of DE (dimmer switches, fluorescent lights, CFL, etc.)..
Accurate and valid information, but a bit of a dry read... very factual, but I wanted more. I would have liked more on the theory of electromagnetic field propagation and the effects of partial shielding. Before and after measurements for various configurations would have been interesting. I also would like to have read more about the materials used for shielding... brand names, sources of supply, application methods.
Basic information about EMF and has good information if you are not aware of how this may affect you. I have a hybrid car with a battery and it has begun to occur to me that I am bombarded with EMF inside it. This book has helped understand this and how to get some relief from this. I am much more aware now of this impact on my body.

This book was helpful in reviewing concerns in two houses we were looking at purchasing. One had a major power line running withing 60 yards of the back of the home. The other was within 200 yards of a cell tower. With my Trifield 100XE I measured both sites and found that outside they were both above safe levels
The use of double spacing is visually annoying. They eye is conditioned to search for the next line of text to be immediately below, not with a line of whitespace in-between. A reasonable effort by the author ruined to fatten-out the book.
Doesn t really get too much into the adverse health effects of emf and rf. Good actionable advice on emf protection though.
A lot of current information and good advice in one book. Dr. Halpern explains things in an easy-to-understand fashion.
